The applications submitted to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing
of 9,999,996 Ordinary shares of 10p announced on 11 September 2003 have been
amended. The applications now request a block listing of 9,756,096 Ordinary
shares of 10p each ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the
Official List. 4,878,048 of the shares will be allotted pursuant to the
exercise of options under the Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme and
4,878,048 of the shares will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options
under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.
