Managing Director-Europe, as detailed in the announcement of 13th December 2002,
commenced his employment with the Group as of Monday 3rd February 2003.


Mr Hammad was previously Group Sales & Marketing Director of Minit plc from
1998-2000, Chief Executive of yourautochoice.com Limited from 2000-2001 and
Chief Executive of Autocascade Limited from 2001-2003.
