DIRECTORS' HOLDINGS



Turbo Genset Inc has today issued 23,881 shares, at a value of 33.5 p per share,
to each of the following non -executive directors; Nick Brigstocke, Charlie
Howard, Ian Macintosh, and Wayne MacLeod in respect of directors fees amounting
to #8,000 per director.

The shareholders of the Company, at the Annual General Meeting held on June 26,
2003, approved the issuance of up to 600,000 common shares to be issued to
non-executive directors of the Company in consideration for their role of
non-executive directors in lieu of certain cash directors fees.

Following these share issues, the shareholdings of the four directors are as
follows;

About Turbo Genset

On Friday, 19th December 2003, Turbo Genset announced that its, power
electronics division, Intelligent Power Systems ("IPower"), had received an
order worth up to US$2.4 million (#1.4 million) from PRC Laser Corporation of
New Jersey, for the supply of high voltage power supplies for use with their
industrial lasers.

Turbo Genset develops innovative products for power generation and power
conditioning. The Group was established in 1993 as a spin-off from Imperial
College, London and was floated on the London stock exchange in July 2000 and
soon after obtained a secondary listing in Toronto. In July 2001, the Group
acquired Intelligent Power Systems Limited (IPower) specialising in power
electronics.



Turbo Genset will announce full year results to 31 December 2003 on 11th March
2004.
