Manager TYLER, Texas, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Teletouch
Communications, Inc. announced today that Craig Boddy has joined
the Company as a Product Manager for Transport Monitoring Systems.
"Craig Boddy joins Teletouch's management team with significant
experience in sales and marketing of telemetry devices," stated J.
Kernan Crotty, President of Teletouch. "He was previously Director
of SENS Global Business for AeroAstro, the inventor and pioneers
for SENS, the communications technology used in our Geotrax
telemetry devices. He also has an outstanding record in sales and
sales management for telemetry devices." Mr. Boddy's
responsibilities at AeroAstro included shepherding the SENS (Sensor
Enabled Notification System) technology from the patent stage
through product development to sales and marketing. The SENS
technology is a revolutionary communications system that allows
large volumes of short- messages to be sent through the Globalstar
satellite network from potentially millions of small, inexpensive

spread-spectrum transmissions. Prior to joining AeroAstro, Mr.
Boddy served as District Manager for Geostar, a pioneer in
telemetry equipment tracking devices. He was responsible for sales
to trucking, rail, marine, aviation, oil and gas and utility
industries. About Geotrax Teletouch's Geotrax product transmits its
location information via the Globalstar satellite network and is
provided to customers through an Internet portal. Teletouch is
initially marketing Geotrax for tracking detached equipment such as
trailers, containers and rail cars. It is estimated that as many as
10 percent of the six to eight million detachable trailers in the
United States are unaccounted for at any given time. Geotrax is a
self-contained device that includes SENS transmitter, battery and
GPS to provide regular updates of its location. Geotrax transmits
its location through the Globalstar satellite network based on a
pre-determined schedule or as a result of customer defined alerts.
Information is retrievable through Teletouch's proprietary GeoFleet
software, providing precise information about the asset's location.
The Geotrax unit is designed as a simple, low-cost method of
tracking and monitoring far-flung mobile assets. About Teletouch
