Following the announcement made by Victory on 9 July 2003 regarding the holdings
of Virgin Retail Holdings Limited and Virgin Retail Investment Holdings Limited,
the Company was notified on 10 July 2003 that on 9 July 2003 Virgin Retail
Holding Limited transferred its entire holding of 4,288,683 ordinary shares to
Virgin Retail Investment Holdings Limited, which consequently now holds a total
of 10,048,635 shares representing 88.99% of the issued share capital of the
Company. This remains the total number of ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company that are held within the Virgin group of companies.
