appointment of Mr. Sam Karp to the Board of Directors. Mr. Karp is
a resident of and premier builder/developer in the exclusive
community of Rancho Santa Fe, located in southern California. Mr.
Karp has a great interest Armor and believes in the exceptional
potential of Armor's electric vehicle program sufficient to provide
a substantial capital investment into the company in February 2005
and again in April 2006. Mr. Karp founded Kachay Homes in 1975,

center and a hotel in Bloomington Hills Michigan, Florida, Texas
