                   Result of Extraordinary General Meeting



The Board of Crown Sports PLC is pleased to announce that, at the Extraordinary
General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to approve the sale of Crown
Content Pty Ltd to Sportsbrand Media Group Pty Ltd was duly passed.  Under the
terms of the sale and purchase agreement, completion of the sale is scheduled to
take place within 3 business days of the passing of the resolution.
