                 Movement to the Alternative Investment Market


On 18 September 2003, the Company announced in its interim results for the 6
months ended 30 June 2003 that it intended to move trading of its shares from
the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") to the
Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The Company
has decided to take advantage of the new fast track procedure available to
companies moving from the Official List to AIM and to seek admission to AIM
following the publication of the Company's final results for the year ended
2003.
