The Doan Group Awards 2-Year Technology Service Agreement to
eAutoclaims OLDSMAR, Fla., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
eAutoclaims (BULLETIN BOARD: EACC) today announced that it has
forged an agreement with The Doan Group, Inc. to utilize
eAutoclaims Assignment Management System (an Internet-based
application) and eJusterSuite(TM) on an Application Service
Provider (ASP) basis. The contractual term of this new agreement is
two years. The Appraisal Management System (AMS) was designed for
The Doan Group, Inc.'s nine centralized dispatch centers. The AMS
will take quality assurance to a new level by programmatically
choosing the best appraisal source for an assignment, tracking the
cycle time and alternative parts utilization by appraisal source,
immediate escalation of total loss handling to reduce storage
charges, and early identification of any delay so early
intervention can reduce the occurrence of exceptions. An online
accounting module allows the client to be electronically bulk
billed including all documentation for each appraisal assignment.
The online eJusterSuite(TM) interface will allow Doan clients to
track each claim by adjuster, office or company-wide; measure the
performance of the adjuster and the vendor; review alternative
parts utilization, cycle times, average paid loss and average
estimate; compare their appraisal expense by line of business, type
of loss, date ranges and book of business and by branch, adjuster,
first- or third-party and company-wide. Doan clients will also have
access to eAutoclaims service partners for salvage disposal, police
report pick-up service, rental car procurement, accident scene
investigation, secondary tow services and desk audit service from
Doan Estimate Review. All of these partners can be ordered at the
click of a button, with absolutely no redundant keystrokes, and
with the ability to manage and track assignments to all vendors
from one application. Ron Doan, President and CEO of The Doan Group
stated, "The eJusterSuite application provides more features and
real-time reports than any other provider application in this
sector of the industry. We have invested a great deal of time over
the past six months to work with our clients to learn not only
their needs for today, but what they anticipate their needs are for
the future. The result is a robust application to improve
efficiencies and reduce their cost as we work together to provide a
paperless environment. We chose eAutoclaims as a technology partner
after extensive evaluation of technology available in the industry.
We found eAutoclaims to have superior technology and the desire to
build an application to fit our client's needs of reducing labor
costs, automating manual processes and superior tracking of how
their claims dollars are spent. It is a great partnership that
provides The Doan Group with a significant competitive advantage in
this industry." Ron went on to say, "With our 65 offices covering
over 100 major cities in 25 states, The Doan Group now has the
missing link to become a national company. We presently will be
running over 10,000 claims per month through the system and expect
this number to double within the next two years." eAutoclaims'
President/CEO, Eric Seidel, said, "This is a major event for us in
terms of our ASP strategy. The Doan Group is a full-service
property and casualty appraisal and estimating company. By using
our application, it will give them abilities they have sought in
terms of being able to provide data to their clients on a real-time
basis, while maintaining their technological cutting-edge service."
Mr. Seidel went on to comment, "We feel that this is an excellent
fit for us in our efforts to create a good mix between our own
collision management revenue stream and our ASP revenue stream."
