Exercise of Options/PDMR Dealing Notification
The Company (AIM:CAML) has today been notified that, on 21
December 2020, Mr Nigel Robinson, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company:
(a) exercised nominal cost options over ordinary shares of
US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at an exercise price of
US$0.01 and on the same day, sold the resulting shares, in part to
settle the tax liabilities arising on the exercise, as shown in the
table below:

The exercise of Mr Robinson's options was satisfied by 350,000
Shares from the Central Asia Metals employee benefit trust.
(b) sold 36,800 Shares at a price of GBP2.207106 per Share.
Following this transaction, which represents 0.021% of the issued
share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury),
Mr Robinson holds 646,715 Shares, representing 0.367% of the issued
share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
These Shares are jointly owned with the Central Asia Metals
employee benefit trust under a joint share ownership plan. These
share awards were made prior to the 2010 IPO and vested upon its
successful completion.
