In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was advised on 25 August 2023 that Steve Newbold, who is considered to be a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, exercised nil cost options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') on 25 August 2023 and sold shares at a price of GBP0.397792p to settle his income tax and national insurance liabilities.
