Chesnara plc (CSN.L) announces that, on 28(th) September 2023,
the PDMRs listed below were granted awards over the ordinary shares
of the Company under the Chesnara plc 2023 Long Term Incentive
Plan. These awards were made in accordance with the Directors'
Remuneration Policy which was approved by shareholders on 16(th)
May 2023.

accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse
