The Directors of the Company wish to announce that John Treacy has resigned as director of the Company, effective 8 November 2019, to focus on his executive positions, including his role as director of Epsion Capital Limited, one of Eight Capital's investments. The Directors propose to appoint an additional non-executive director and a further announcement will be made when this appointment has been confirmed.

Eight Capital thanks John for his contribution to the Company.
