Redemption of Unsecured Loan Notes

EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc", or the "Company") announces that it has today given notice to holders of the existing Unsecured Loan Notes ("ULNs") of its intention to redeem 50% of the outstanding number of ULNs, being 3,987,729 (of a total of 7,975,459). The redemption shall take place on 31 July 2018 (the "Redemption Date").

The Company will redeem the relevant ULNs on a pro rata basis (as at the Redemption Date) in respect of all holders at par value plus any accrued and unpaid interest on the relevant ULNs up to and including the Redemption Date.

Subsequent to the redemption, the total number of ULNs admitted to trading on the NEX Exchange will be 3,987,730.
