Completion of Unsecured Loan Notes Redemption
Further to the announcement by EPE Special Opportunities plc
("ESO plc", or the "Company") dated 28 June 2018, the Company today
announces that it has completed the redemption of 50% of the
outstanding number of existing Unsecured Loan Notes ("ULNs"), being
3,987,729 ULNs (of a total of 7,975,459).
The Company has redeemed the relevant ULNs on a pro rata basis
in respect of all holders at par value.
The total number of ULNs admitted to trading on the NEX Exchange
is 3,987,730. The ULNs now trade on the following ISIN:
GB00BF0XD821.
