Joint Investor Event

Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company, is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a joint investor event with ASX listed Calidus Resources Ltd ('Calidus') on 6 November 2019. The event will be held from 6.00 p.m. at a venue in the City of London and presents the opportunity for investors to meet with both companies' management and discuss the proposed distribution of the Calidus shares recently approved at the Company's AGM and the way forward for both Calidus and Keras.
