Chief Executive Officer, that on 21 September 2023 he purchased
10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 195 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Thierry Andretta is interested in
58,689 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of
the Ordinary Shares in issue;
