Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 4 March 2021 that David Rattigan, Group Chief Financial Officer and PDMR, purchased 1,659 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 March 2021, at a price of 1,144.65 pence per Ordinary Share.
