Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that
it was notified on 28 March 2022 that Andrew Milne, PDMR and Group
Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1,464 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 March 2022, at a
price of 1,365 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transactions, Andrew Milne's interest
in the Company is 13,910 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.038% of
the issued share capital.
