Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company"), a
leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that on 27 July
2020 it received a notification of exercise in relation to employee
share options over 12,030 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the Company's 2017 Long
Term Incentive Plan (the "Option Exercise").
Accordingly, application has been made for the 12,030 new
Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Option Exercise to be
admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to
occur at 8.00 a.m. on 3 August 2020.
Following Admission, the Company's issues share capital will
consist of 154,880,743 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 822,427
Ordinary Shares in Treasury and therefore on Admission the total
number of issued Ordinary Shares with voting rights will be
154,058,316. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they
are required to notify their interest or a change to their interest
in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules .
