The board of directors of the
Company (the "Board") has
been informed that as a result of transferring shares to his
children, Stephen Bamford now owns less than 3% of the SulNOx
ordinary shares of 2 pence each.
SulNOx Chairman, Radu Florescu,
commented, "The Board recognises Mr Bamford's substantial contribution to
the development of SulNOx over the last decade and welcomes the
next generation of his family to the Company's
register."
