Changes in Directors' Details

The Board of Secure Trust announces in compliance with LR 9.6.11 (3) the appointment of Paul Myers as the Designated Non- Executive Director for Employee Engagement and Chairman of the Employee Council with effect from 27 October 2022; and the appointment of Finlay Williamson as a member of the Audit Committee and Consumer Duty Champion also with effect from 27 October 2022.

From 27 October 2022, the Audit Committee will be constituted as follows: Ann Berresford (Chair), Victoria Stewart and Finlay Williamson.

There are no changes to the membership of any other Board Committee.
