Subscription
TruSpine Technologies plc, (AQSE: TSP) the medical device
company focused on the development of its pioneering "screwless,"
spinal (vertebral) stabilisation systems announces it has raised
gross proceeds of GBP50,000 through the subscription of 2,000,000
new ordinary shares at a price of 2.5 pence per share
("Subscription Shares") under its existing share authorities.
Admission
Application has been made for the Subscription Shares to be
admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market on or
around 18 August 2023 ("Admission") and will rank pari passu with
the ordinary shares of the Company in issue.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission of the 2,000,000 new ordinary shares, the
Company's issued share capital will consist of 120,311,869 ordinary
shares with voting rights. The new ordinary shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares. No ordinary shares are
held in treasury at the date of this announcement and therefore
following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in the
Company with voting rights will be 120,311,869.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in the Company.
