Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO), a UK focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM in the Company's 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements, were duly passed.
