XP Power Limited ("the Company") has today been notified that on 24 April 2017 
Mr. Michael R Laver, President Global Sales and Marketing, exercised options 
over 8,475 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a 
price of 507.25p each. On the same day Mr. Laver sold 8,475 Ordinary Shares at 
a price of 2,495.00 pence. The shares were granted on 26 April 2007 under the 
Company's Share Option Plan at a price of 507.25p per Ordinary Share with a 10 
year term and were therefore due to expire on 25 April 2017. 
 
Following the transaction, Mr. Laver has a beneficial interest in 172,244 
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.
