Fwiw, I went to 5% with the stock allocation. Still not a large amount, but couldn't resist with the RSI under 30. Trump isn't showing any sign of backing down on the tariffs, but the market seems due for a bounce, albeit a temporary one.

The Sawston facility is a 12k sq ft biologics facility that is long term leased to Advent and about 70K sq ft of office/wharehouse space.

The value of that GMP facility to NWBO is $145k/year rent.

The 70k that NWBO kept us just space being leased for future expansion.
