Marketing Alliance Agreement A-Z Bus Sales, Inc. ("A-Z"), which
will enable A-Z to offer a wide range of S3's GPS/GIS-based mapping
and fleet/asset accountability applications to school, commercial
and municipal fleet transportation organizations throughout the
