Satellite Security Systems Appoints Vice President of Sales

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Satellite Security Systems, Inc.
("S3"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Celtron International, Inc.
(OTC:CLTR) (BULLETIN BOARD: CLTR) ("Celtron") a global provider of
asset security and logistics control, has added Tom King as Vice
President of Sales. In this role, Mr. King will develop and oversee
a national sales network that includes regional directors and sales
managers. The addition of Mr. King to the S3 team is following the
priorities the company has laid out for calendar year 2006. The
management of Celtron and S3 have made it clear that a major focus
for the beginning of 2006 will be building and executing its sales
efforts by developing a strong internal sales team as well as
leveraging relationships such as OEM partners and other major
