SAN DIEGO, June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Satellite Security
Corporation ("Satellite," formerly known as "Celtron International,
Inc."), today announced that NASDAQ has issued the company a new
trading symbol. The new symbol, (OTC:SSCY) (BULLETIN BOARD: SSCY) ,
became effective on the open of the market on May 31, 2006,
replacing the old symbol (OTC:CLTR) (BULLETIN BOARD: CLTR) . NASDAQ
required the symbol change after the company changed its name from
"Celtron International, Inc." to "Satellite Security Corporation"
in May 2006. Shareholders holding Celtron International, Inc. share
certificates are not required to exchange them or take any action
in connection with the change. If shareholders want to exchange
their Celtron International, Inc. share certificates for new
Satellite Security Corporation share certificates, they should call
