PURSUIT DYNAMICS PLC (PDX.LN) Wednesday announced that it has
agreed to sell its Atomiser patent rights and certain related
know-how to Tyco Fire & Security Gmbh, for consideration that
comprises a cash payment of $100,000, as it seeks to sell its
remaining operating businesses with a view to eliminating its
remaining liabilities.
At 0800 GMT shares -0.2 pence, or 7.0%, at 2.2 pence.
COAL OF AFRICA LTD. (CZA.AU), released a positive Definitive
Feasibility Study for its flagship Makhado coking coal project in
the Limpopo Province of South Africa that estimates annual
production at 2.3 million tons of hard coking coal and 3.2 million
tons of thermal coal for a capital expenditure of ZAR3.96 billion
($406.3 million) including contingencies.
Shares in London +0.5 pence, or 4.8%, at 11.0 pence.
IMPELLAM GROUP PLC (IPEL.LN), the staffing firm, said it expects
unadjusted earnings per share to be broadly flat in the first half
compared with the prior year, adding that trading in the first five
months of 2013 has been broadly in line with the board's
expectations.
Shares -22.5 pence, or 5.5%, at 388.5 pence.
JUBILEE PLATINUM PLC (JLP.LN) said it has agreed a deferred
second tranche payment with regard to the disposal of subsidiaries
to Global Renewal Energy Ltd., after the buyer failed to make the
second payment by the due date.
Shares -0.25 pence, or 4.3%, at 5.6 pence.
INTERNETQ PLC (INTQ.LN), a provider of mobile marketing and
digital entertainment solutions for mobile network operators, said
it has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with General
Mobile Technology, a leading mobile platform operator and provider
of mobile Internet services across key emerging markets and an
investee company of MediaTek Inc. (2454.TW).
Shares +9.75 pence, or 3.1%, at 322.0 pence.
CAZA OIL & GAS INC. (CAZ.T), a U.S.-focused oil company,
said it has agreed to a GBP450,000 advance, pursuant to its GBP6
million Standby Equity Distribution Agreement between the Company
and YA Global Master SPV Ltd., an investment fund managed by
Yorkville Advisors Global, LP.
Shares in London -0.25 pence, or 2.1%, at 11.75 pence.
TETHYS PETROLEUM LTD. (TPL.T), a Central Asia-focused oil
company, said it has a busy and active program in Kazakhstan in the
second half of the year, including exploration, testing of existing
wells and workovers, which will move Tethys closer to exploiting
the potential of its gas and liquids portfolio.
It expects total capital expenditure for the program at
approximately $20.4 million
Shares in London +0.75 pence, or 1.4%, at 56.25 pence.
GULF KEYSTONE PETROLEUM LTD. (GKP.LN), an oil company focused on
the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, said it has started its drilling
campaign to explore deeper, yet untested horizons of the Shaikan
field, which it operates.
Shares -1.75 pence, or 1.2%, at 150.25 pence.
