Results of Extraordinary General Meeting



At the Extraordinary General Meeting of enterpriseAsia plc (the "Company") held
today, the resolution to change the strategy of the Company to investing in or
acquiring businesses in the education and training sectors was approved by the
Company's shareholders.



Re-admission of the whole of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company is
expected to take place on Thursday 28th August 2003.
