ESERVGLOBAL LTD (ESG.LN), the provider of end-to-end mobile
financial services to emerging markets, Tuesday said it expects its
fiscal 2015 performance to match that of 2014, despite entering the
new year with a higher order backlog.
At 1201 GMT shares down 2.5 pence, or 10.4%, at 21.5 pence.
AUGEAN PLC (AUG.LN) posted its biggest one-day gain in nearly
four years after the waste-management firm reported a rise in 2014
earnings, and said it is confident of another year of increasing
profitability and cash flows in 2015.
Shares +6.3 pence, or 15%, at 48.3 pence.
STOBART GROUP LTD. (STOB.LN) said it signed its fourth major
biomass supply contract in four months, completing its target of
supplying 2 million metric tons of fuel a year to the biomass
market by fiscal 2018.
Shares +3.5 pence, or 3.4%, at 105.5 pence.
A.G. BARR PLC (BAG.LN), the Irn-Bru, Rubicon and Tizer drinks
maker, reported a rise in full-year profit, but warned of
challenges because the U.K. soft drinks market is experiencing a
period of price deflation.
Shares -4 pence, or 0.6%, at 673 pence.
The U.K.'s antitrust regulator said it provisionally cleared
business services firm XCHANGING PLC's (XCH.LN) purchase of
Agencyport Europe following a review begun in October.
Shares +6.8 pence, or 5%, at 143 pence.
NCC GROUP PLC (NCC.LN), an information assurance firm, announced
the recommended acquisition of Accumuli PLC (ACM.LN), an IT
security and risk management company, for about 55 million pounds
($81.1 million).
Shares -17 pence, or 7.7%, at 203 pence.
PINNACLE TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC (PINN.LN) shares rose after the
technology solutions provider said it has entered a partnership
agreement with O2, Telefonica SA's U.K. business, to provide the
telecoms company's mobile, digital and public sector solution
services to Pinnacle's client base.
Shares +0.6 pence, or 10.4%, at 6.6 pence.
URANIUM RESOURCES PLC (URA.LN), a uranium exploration company
operating in Tanzania, reported a pretax loss of $307,000 for the
six months to Dec. 31, compared with $170,000 for the same period
in 2013.
Shares -0.1 pence, or 12%, at 0.4 pence.
