LONDON-- Mobile money transfer specialist eServGlobal Ltd (ESV.AU) Thursday said its joint venture with Mastercard Inc (MA) and communications company has been granted a Payment Institution License by the Central Bank of Belgium.

Shares at 1059 GMT, unchanged at 2 pence valuing the company at GBP5.3 million.
