Property investor Goodman Group (GMG.AU) is planning a series of U.K. investor meetings ahead of a potential bond, the bank arranging the roadshow said Tuesday.

The meetings will commence in Edinburgh on Feb. 28 and conclude in London on Feb. 29.

HSBC Holdings PLC is the bank organizing the meetings.

A deal may or may not follow, subject to market conditions, the bank said.

The issuer is rated Baa3 by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and BBB by Standard & Poor's Corp.
