"By placing a purchase order now for the equipment for three facilities, we are locking up our supply of stainless steel and can avoid costly construction delays so that we can complete construction and commence producing biodiesel sooner than expected. Mueller Field Operations, Inc. has been our construction partner on three biodiesel refineries and has done an excellent job building the Iowa, Wisconsin and Mississippi facilities. We are looking forward to working with them as we begin to build biodiesel refineries for our own account." The purchase orders for $16.9 million in the aggregate were issued from Nova's wholly owned subsidiary, Biosource America, Inc. Biosource America is Nova's design/build subsidiary and employs civil, chemical, process, and mechanical engineers located in Butte, MT. The Biosource America team is lead by Dick Talley, who has been intimately involved with the development of Nova's proprietary technology since 2000. "We are excited to be closely associated with Nova," said Bill Allison, President of Mueller Field Operations, Inc. "We believe Nova has the talented personnel and innovative technologies necessary to be the leading producer of environmentally responsible biofuels. We are proud to be part of the team and wish them great success in this admirable endeavor."
