attila - No matter how egregious the crime, I don't see penalties north of $2 billion. Take the death toll of the opioid crisis for example. I believe it was in the $2 billion range.

The Texas judge is supposed to have a reputation for moving cases along quickly. These cases have already been postponed long enough. I'm hoping for the pretrial then a settlement with both T-Mobile and Verizon! Even a combined amount of 1.5 to 2 billion should bring this to .4 or more.
