$QIND is on track to complete the merger deal with $ASNS. If it had fallen apart they would have had to issue an 8k within a few days. They haven't so, it is on. If they don't finish by 60 days (July 22), I'm sure we will get an update from the company. The reset in value for QIND isn't far off.

He knows....I'm sure he sees there are no mm's on L2. Shareholders can literally be screwed for an indefinite amount of time with no fear of repercussions.

I agree with what you say about the odd trading.

The BOD could clean that up with a repo that includes a mandatory tender by smaller holders. Say 100,000 shares or less. So many trades here are for less than $100 so I end up with several fills or even partial fills on small $$ orders
