Telegen Shareholders Approve Five Board Nominees SAN MATEO, Calif.,

TEGN) Board of Director Nominees today announced that Telegen
shareholders have voted in favor of adding five (5) new members to
the Board of Directors. Two (2) of the Nominees, T. Ronald Davis
and Victor J. Meiusi, have declined the nomination for personal
reasons. The remaining three (3) Nominees will schedule a meeting
