announced today that Duncan Troy, Richard Herring and Richard
Sellers, recently elected to the board of directors by a vote of
Telegen shareholders, have accepted their nominations. In a meeting
of the Board of Directors held yesterday, May 13, 2004 at 11AM, Mr.
Troy was appointed Chair of the Board and VP of Intellectual
Property, Dr. Herring was appointed President and CEO, and Mr.
