Home Retail is selling its DIY chain Homebase to Wesfarmers Ltd. "Home Retail in Talks to Sell Homebase to Wesfarmers," at 0720 GMT said in the headline the company was in talks to sell the unit. Talks were announced last week and the deal was confirmed Monday.
