Assuming there will be a RS which has not been stated by the company in any way, shape or form.  So, with that in mind, sticking to what is actually known, there is no reverse spit on the table at this time.

The OTCQB could be used as a stepping stone to higher tier uplist. At the moment a perfect play for MGON as they exploit their product portfolio. Saying a company is going to "uplist" is far different than a company actually filing, paying fees to uplist :-)

FYI, one big issue that needs done is the court filing with the TA to get the records. Until Jake has the records, he cannot really do much. Filings require the company to review the shares. I just did a check of the NYS courts, I still do not see anything filed. There is a cycle time required there

Because his facts cannot be argued to disparage the stock/company so instead they resort to disparage the messenger... "shooting the messenger" so to speak hoping that instead will result in disparaging the company and lowering the interest/hope/share buying. Not working for me though....
