Directors' shareholding

Aegis Group plc announces a grant of share options under the Aegis Group 2003
Executive Share Option Scheme made on 5 June 2003. The Executive Directors below
were granted the following options over ordinary shares for nil consideration,
such options being exercisable from 5 June 2006 until 4 June 2013 at an exercise
price of 85.5p:
