                            CHAIRMAN'S AGM STATEMENT


Solid start to the year; new products released; major new product in the
pipeline


At today's Annual General Meeting of Atlantic Global Plc ("Atlantic Global" or
"the Company"), the West Yorkshire based specialist developer of business
management software applications for sale to a broad range of customers, all
resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.


Before the formal business of the meeting, Chairman Michael Langmore made the
following statement to shareholders regarding current trading and the future
outlook for the Company:


"The Board can confirm the statement issued with the release of our preliminary
results on 27 March 2003 that the Company has continued to enjoy success in
attracting new customers for our software products, including Telewest and
Aspect Communications UK Ltd. This is in addition to ongoing roll-outs on behalf
of our existing client base including Norwich Union. Trading therefore has
continued in line with expectations, and whilst it is still too early to predict
the overall outcome for the Group for 2003, the Directors are pleased with the
current level of sales interest, which continues to increase. Demand for
Atlantic Global's software has remained strong across all target market sectors
including financial and consulting, pharmaceuticals, computer and telecoms and
local government. As usual, the vast majority of existing customers have renewed
their support service contracts for 2003, with our more established customers
now agreeing to "Adeo" three year contracts, having upgraded to our newly
extended product suite."


"We are delighted by the levels of customer satisfaction in the "Adeo" range and
the Company's newly designed and improved web site has made a strong start.
These initiatives demonstrate that the increased investment made over the last
few months in the research and development of new products and in sales and
marketing has given us the opportunity to make further improved product
offerings to both existing and new customers. In addition we are maintaining our
forward momentum and expect to announce the release of a major new software
product in July 2003 for which initial customer interest has been excellent,
this product will enable executive teams to have complete control over business
budgets, resources and milestone deliverables."

being increasingly capable of delivering considerable benefit to most types of
organisation. We believe we are extremely well positioned to achieve significant
growth in the future."
