azioni proprie annunciato lo scorso 19 giugno 2012 Caltagirone
Editore S.p.A. ha acquistato, nel periodo dal 3 dicembre al 10
dicembre 2012 n. 13.250 azioni ordinarie di Caltagirone Editore
S.p.A., ad un prezzo medio ponderato di euro 0,878892 per un

Rome, 11 December 2012 Â Within the scope of the treasury shares
purchasing plan announced on 19 June 2012 Caltagirone Editore
S.p.A. purchased, in the period from 3 December to 11 December 2012
13,250 ordinary shares of Caltagirone Editore S.p.A. at the
weighted average price of Euro 0.878892 per share, for a total
amount of Euro 11,645.33. The details of daily purchase
