MEDELLIN, Colombia, July 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On a meeting
held today, the Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A.
("Bancolombia"), appointed Mr. Juan Camilo Restrepo Salazar as new
member of Bancolombia's Audit Committee. Mr. Restrepo Salazar has
been a member of Bancolombia's Board of Directors since 2006. Mr.
Restrepo Salazar will be occupying the position left vacant after
Mr. Moncaleano Botero tendered his resignation from the Board of
