Beaumont Cornish announces that the formal offer document is being posted to
Channelfly Shareholders today. The first closing date for the Offer is 3.00pm on
24 April 2003.

Terms defined in the Offer Document, dated 3 April 2003, have the same meaning
in this announcement save where the context requires otherwise.
