Landi Renzo: calendar for corporate events 2012
The calendar of board and shareholder meetings for the approval of the accounting data of 2012 is shown below. 15 March 2012 14 May 2012 28 August 2012 14 November 2012 Review and approval of the draft Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2011. Review and Approval of the Interim Financial Report at 31 March 2012. Review and Approval of the Half Year Report at 30 June 2012. Review and Approval of the Interim Financial Report at 30 September 2012.

The Board furthermore anticipated that the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2011 will be held on 24 April 2012 in first call and 26 April 2012 in second call. Please be aware that, pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, lett. a) of the Regulation of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., in lieu of the interim financial report relative to the fourth quarter of 2011, the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2011 approved by the Board of Directors will be published within 90 days from the close of the financial year.
