Landi Renzo: calendar for corporate events 2014
The calendar of board and shareholder meetings for the approval of
the accounting data of 2014 is shown below. 14 March 2014 13 May
2014 28 August 2014 13 November 2014 Review and approval of the
draft Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements
for the year ended 31 December 2013. Review and Approval of the
Interim Financial Report at 31 March 2014. Review and Approval of
the Half Year Report at 30 June 2014. Review and Approval of the
Interim Financial Report at 30 September 2014.
The Board furthermore anticipated that the Shareholders' Meeting
for the approval of the financial statements for the year ending 31
December 2013 will be held on 24 April 2014. Please be aware that,
pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, lett. a) of the Regulation of
the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., in lieu
of the interim financial report relative to the fourth quarter of
2013, the draft financial statements and consolidated financial
statements at 31 December 2013 approved by the Board of Directors
will be published within 90 days from the close of the financial
year. Any eventual changes to the Board's and Shareholders'
Meetings will be released as soon as practicable. This press
release is a translation. The Italian version will prevail.
