Your best bet is to dollar cost average and accumulate over time. Who cares what the price is. You accumulate at each price , high low, middle. And set a goal as to when you feel you have enough and have an exit plan. Stop worrying about the day to say fluctuations you'll never win that way b

WRONG

It will be worst; they will pump this up to high 007's-to low 008's and then they will dump it down into the mid 003's - low 004's. This ticker has a tell and it plays out every time. However, that doesn't bother me, I'll just load up more in the 003's as I have been doing since March.
