I highly doubt that the PFUFA framework will disappear insofar as PDUFA fees are paid by drug/biotech companies (when they submit NDA/BLAs).

A quiet period is only time there can be a blanket news black out. An NDA pertains to MTi only. Second candidate is a material event and deserved more company info. Even an incedental filing could have sufficed. We lost good shareholders because of the lack of transparency.
